It is an encyclopedia, and it should be following the Neutral Point of View Policy, so the maps must show the official status of every country and not their claims. And, no, all those places you refer to are not in Greece. They are in Turkey, or Albania, and Cyprus is an independent country. There is a big difference: Greece accepted by international treaties loss of their territories in exchange Argentina has never signed a treaty of surrender of the territories claimed and Argentine claims are recognized by the United Nations and the Antarctic Treaty.
