Οι θάλασσες που συνορεύουν με τη θάλασσα FloresΦλόρες είναι η θάλασσα του Μπαλί (στα δυτικά), η θάλασσα της JavaΙάβας (στα βορειοδυτικά) και η θάλασσα BandaΜπάντα (στα ανατολικά και βορειοανατολικά).
 
Ο Ινδικός Ωκεανός και η Θάλασσα Σαβού βρίσκονται στα νότια, αλλά χωρίζονται από τη θάλασσα FloresΦλόρες από διάφορα νησιά.
