'''Bülend Ulusu''' (born [[1923]] in [[Istanbul]], [[Turkey]]), was a [[Turkey|Turkish]] [[admiral]], who was tasked with being [[List of Prime Ministers of Turkey|Prime Minister of Turkey]] from the time of the [[Turkish military coup, 1980|September 12 1980 military coup]] to the time that [[Turkish general election, 1983|elections were allowed in 1983]].

 

Bülend Ulusu graduated from the [[Turkish Naval Academy]] on [[October 15]], [[1941]] with the rank of a [[Sub-Lieutenant]]. He attained the highest possible rank as admiral in [[1974]], and retired from the military in 1980 as the Commander of the Navy, he was appointed in 1977.
