{{ping|Michel Bakni}} thank you for your intervention. As you can see, it's a long and controversial discussion and it seems quite difficult to reach a consensus. In that light, I will continue to write the articles as I believe there is good purpose in the camps being registered on Wikipedia: as of now, a Google search for one of the camps will most likely lead to the official government page, where the impression the reader gets is that it's a clean, organized and well-functioning facility. That may indeed be the case for several of the camps, however many of them have been on the news for the exact opposite reasons. So when there are reliable sources illuminating the problems - which are often directly related to human rights violations - a Wikipedia article offers the reader a well-balanced picture of the actual situation from a neutral point of view. In this world of information "explosion", is that not one of the merits of Wikipedia?
I will try to find the time to do as much as possible for the project, keeping in mind the useful input from my fellow Greek Wikipedians. It would have been helpful to have a banner placed on the home page, as one user has already pointed out that he had no idea the challenge was running because he rarely visits the discussion spaces. If an admin decides that a banner would be appropriate - as it is admins who post banners - that would be great. If not, I won't press any further: I have very limited free time and I always try to make the best use of it.
Please inform the Wikimedia Levant users that I will gradually be adding the English articles to the lists on Greek Wikipedia, and if they would like to check in from time to time on the [[Βικιπαίδεια:WikiForHumanRights 2021 στην Ελλάδα, γράφουμε για τις δομές προσφύγων/μεταναστών|landing page]] they can add the Arabic translation in one of the spare columns. It seems the Greek refugee camp articles are more welcome on English Wikipedia than on Greek Wikipedia, judging from their inclusion in WikiProject Greece and WikiProject Human Rights on their talk pages. I will put emphasis on getting the English articles available as soon as possible, but not promising "miracles".
