Το πρωτάθλημα διεξάγεται με τη συμμετοχή 14 συλλόγων.Ο πρωταθλητής ανεβαίνει στην Α΄ Κατηγορία ενώ οι ομάδες που τερμάτισαν στις θέσεις 2 ως 5 παίζουν play off με τους ίδιους κανονισμούς που γίνονται τα Play Off και Play out στην Α ερασιτεχνική.Προβιβάζονται δυο ομάδες.<ref name=":0" /><ref name=":1" />
