Kwamikagami

The name "Ceres" is definitely not Greek, it's Latin and there's no word "Κερες" in Greek (the word mentioned in the article only transcripts its pronunciation in Greek). The greek name is the one you mention "Δημήτηρ". --Ttzavaras^{συζήτηση} 22:07, 4 Ιουλίου 2011 (UTC)

Per my old comments on the article talk page: I'm aware that it's Latin. My question was whether the Latin name was used in Greek, the way many other Latin names of asteroids are. Kwamikagami (συζήτηση)
