The archaeological site of Dionysos There is an archaeological site which is located on the northern slopes of Mount Penteli. This site belongs to the municipality of Dionysus in Attica today. In the past , this area belonged to the Demos of Ikaria in Attica. The archaeological site, which is located in Dionysos, Attica, was the religious and administrative center of the ancient Demos of Ikaria, in Attica.
