Η Κομητεία Μόγιου (Καρακάς) ή Κομητεία Καρακάς (Κινέζικα: 墨玉县, Pinyin: Mòyù Xiàn, Ουιγουρικά: قاراقاش ناھىيىسى, Қарақаш Наһийиси‎, Ουιγουρικό Λατινικό Αλφάβητο: Qaraqash Nahiyisi, Ουιγουρικό Νέο Αλφάβητο: K̡arak̡ax Nah̡iyisi)^[1] είναι κομητεία εντός της Αυτόνομης Ουιγουρικής Περιφέρειας του Σιντσιάνγκ και είναι υπό την διοίκηση του Νομού Χοτάν. Η κομητεία καταλαμβάνει έκταση 25.667 τ.χλμ. Σύμφωνα με την απογραφή του 2002, η κομητεία έχει πληθυσμό 420.000 κατοίκων.

Τον Δεκέμβριο του 2016, το γραφείο του Κομμουνιστικού Κόμματος της Κίνας στην κομητεία Μόγιου δέχτηκε επίθεση από δράστες οι οποίοι ήταν εξοπλισμένοι με μαχαίρια και αυτοσχέδιους εκρηκτικούς μηχανισμούς, με αποτέλεσμα το θάνατο δύο κυβερνητικών υπαλλήλων και τριών δραστών.^[2]^[3]^[4]
