Ξεκίνησε την τηλεοπτική της καριέρα το 1966 με έναν ρόλο στο The Secret Storm, και την ίδια χρονιά εμφανίστηκε στο Μπρόντγουεϊ στην κωμωδία του Γούντι Άλεν Don't Drink the water. Έκανε το ντεμπούτο της στον κινηματογράφο το επόμενο έτος στην ταινία Incident.
