Δισκογραφία των HIM

Ακολουθεί η δισκογραφία του φινλανδικού gothic rock μουσικού συγκροτήματος HIM. Κυκλοφόρησαν οκτώ στούντιο άλμπουμς, ένα live άλμπουμ, οκτώ compilations, ένα EP και 28 σινγκλς. Σχηματίστηκαν το 1991 από τον τραγουδιστή Βίλε Βάλο και τον μπασίστα Μίκο Παανάνεν με αρχικό όνομα "His Infernal Majesty". Σε συμφωνία με την BMG κυκλοφόρησαν το EP 666 Ways to Love: Prologue το 1996. Το 1997 κυκλοφόρησαν το Greatest Lovesongs Vol. 666,^[1] και το 1999 το Razorblade Romance,^[2] του οποίου πρώτο σινγκλ είναι το Join Me in Death. Έπειτα, κυκλοφόρησαν το Deep Shadows and Brilliant Highlights το 2001 και το Love Metal το 2003.^[3]^[4]

Dark Light Επεξεργασία

Το Dark Light είναι το 5ο άλμπουμ του συγκροτήματος. Το άλμπουμ κυκλοφόρησε στις Η.Π.Α. στις 23 Σεπτεμβρίου 2005 και στον υπόλοιπο κόσμο στις 26 Σεπτεμβρίου. Ηχογραφήθηκε στο Paramour Studios (παλιό μοναστήρι) στο Λος Άντζελες των Η.Π.Α. και ήταν το πρώτο φινλανδικό άλμπουμ που κατάφερε να πουλήσει πάνω από 500.000 αντίτυπα στην Αμερική, όπου και έγινε χρυσό.

Το Venus Doom είναι το 6ο άλμπουμ συγκροτήματος. Παραγωγοί του άλμπουμ είναι οι Tim Palmer και ο Hiili Hiilesmaa. Το άλμπουμ έχει συνολική διάρκεια 48:12 λεπτά. Κυκλοφόρησε στις 14 Σεπτεμβρίου 2007 στη Φινλανδία, τη Γερμανία και την Ιρλανδία, στις 17 Σεπτεμβρίου στον υπόλοιπο κόσμο και στις 18 στις Η.Π.Α.
